We want you to feel completely confident when trying Groovies Breast Pads. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To help reduce unnecessary shipping costs and waste, products covered by this policy do not need to be returned.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for Items that have arrived damaged. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at grooviesbreastpads@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
